Turned commercial cover made of Russian formular. Correct inland letter rate 35p. 5 days later, starting from May 21 first Estonian postmark PAIDE-A was used instead of this provisional Cyrillic postmark. Note the cover has tear in lower right corner, and entire bottom is open, in addition to the left side.
