1836 pre-philately letter, Petseri/Petchory/Petschur – Pskov

The edible pencil note written by a collector on the top right corner “19 noya 36 / DERPT” is wrong, the round postmark is PETCHORY (H/O 49:3, Dobin 1.02) with inscribed date 19 nov. Arrival postmark Pskov, November 23 (Dobin 1.03). Very scarce.
