1911 postage due postcard Laisholm/Jõgeva – Revel/Tallinn

Postage due 8 kop for too much text that is written to address part, was counted as letter and not a postcard. Franked 3 kop but letter rate was 7 kop, so missing 4 kop x 2 = 8 kop due.
