Cachet of Livland unit +  Livland unit censor mark. Vammelsuu postmark tells the unit was located in Finland, Karelia. Vammelsuu was very close to then Russian capital St. Petersburg and is nowadays called Sedovo as it belongs to Russia. Text on the card tells that the unit is stationary on defense of the capital and that means Imperial Russian capital, not Finnish. Soviet Union forced Finland to cede Finnish Karelia to the Soviet Union following the Winter War (1939–1940) and Continuation War (1941–1944). Ineresting item.
