1919 early cover, Petseri/Petchory – Tallinn

First Estonian calendar postmark of Petseri, first year of use, scarce on letter. 35p inland letter rate. Note the cover has some holes/damage on the back side, otherwise nice clean.
Petseri area was part of Estonia from 1920-1944, Estonia got this area with peace agreement  after the War of Independence. Now occupied again by Russia.
