1919 provisional R-letter with Paide postmaster perforation

Commercial cover with provisional R-label made with “Paide” straight line cancel (H/O 92:2), stamps with Paide postmaster perforation (pair imperforate from 2 sides). Scarce, I have recorded 4 other such R-letters, likely less than 10 exist. Note the date on postmarks is corrected in post office because postmark has had no number turned in. Such corrections are scarce. The “Elwa” mark most likely is not applied postally.
Correct franking 35k for inland letter + 30k registering.
