1931 newspaper Põllumehe Hääl franked w. 2s coat of arms stamp, Tartu

Printed matter rate: 2s up o 50 gr. Size 27,5 x 20 cm, can be fitted to a A4 album page. Wear and folds on corners etc. Note the address label has fallen off, it has been partly under the postmark, next the postage stamp. Very scarce usage of 2s stamp on a newspaper.
