1942 swastika stamps, postage due, Räpina-Tsiistre

Tartu/swastika stamps (thick paper) were not valid any more in may 1942 (thus not cancelled, but marked with pencil) and postage due 9Rpf was applied for missing postage of 6Rpf (6×1,5=9). Interesting cover but quality is poor, priced accordingly.
