NB! 1945 partial stamp (bisect), 20 kop censored postcard rate, Pärnu-Koogiste

Very interesting use of bisect stamp on postcard. Postcard rate was 20 kop, here we see 2/3 of 30 kop stamp which makes 20 kop. Non philatelic use with holiday greetings, passed by post and Soviet censor. Postmark date Pärnu 31.3.1945.
