Otepää 30 kop I-b stamp MNH (very scarce/rare subtype)

This is a very scarce or rare stamp, in our new book we assume that issued count was around 15 and the stamp is currently only known from position 1 on the printing sheet. We assign subtype I-b to it.

The stamp has a few brown rust spots (note the stamp is heavily enlarged here, so are the rust spots). Also one tooth with the brown spot is short. Most type I Otepää stamps with sharp shield are either subtype I-a or I-c. Signed by Kalev Kokk.
