Nice well traveled cover, initially sent to Berlin but there redirected to Strasbourg, France. At the end adressee was not found, attached label “Inconnu” (Unknown). Arrived back to Tartu 1,5 month later. Correct rate 100p (50p letter + 50p registering). Attractive item, not a “returned” item purposefully made by philatelist. Censor triangular mark from Tallinn with censor number 90.
